Prices are for the entire property which sleeps 20 people very comfortably. All bedlinen and towels are included, but please bring your own towel if you intend to use the pool. You are extremely welcome to use the abundance of herbs from the herb garden.

Cancellation Policy for Casa Nicola
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will lose the 25% deposit paid. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before check-in there will not be a refund.
